Free shipping to any continental U.S. business address for orders over $500 except for those items noted in the description.
$5 charge for all wholesale orders under $100.
All items shipped FedEx SmartPost or USPS ground. Wholesale orders shipped FedEx Ground. FedEx Overnight or 2-Day service available for additional shipping charges.
Safety Works uses FedEx Ground, FedEx Smart Post, FedEx Economy, FedEx Next Day Air, FedEx Home Delivery or Truck Freight Line to ship your orders to you.
Safety Works software tools makes every effort to ship items the next business day if ordered by 4pm EST.
If authorization is delayed in order to confirm payment or prevent fraud, Safety Works reserves the right to delay shipments, but every effort will be made to ship at the soonest possible time.
Delivery times are expected, not guaranteed. Most FedEx Ground shipments delivered in 4-5 business days.

Returns & Replacements

We guarantee everything we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return product for credit towards future purchases.
All returns must be pre-approved by Safety Works, Inc.
Upon approval we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#), which must be listed on the mailing label of your returned package.
Items shipped to our warehouse with the RA# visible will not be accepted.
There will be a 20% restocking charge for all non-defective product.
Any product must be in its original packaging and condition to receive credit.
Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase from Safety Works, Inc. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.

Your electronic order confirmation, or any form of confirmation, does not signify our acceptance of your order. Safety Works reserves the right to accept or deny shipment to anyone for any reason.
Safety Works reserves the right to require additional information before processing any order.
If an order appears fraudulent in any way, Safety Works reserves the right to cancel the order, notify the card holder and the proper authorities.
